CYCLE 3 (RENEWAL)
Candidates who have previously completed re-credentialing are eligible for Cycle 3 Credentialing (Renewal).

Candidates who have previously completed Cycle 3 Credentialing (Renewal) are eligible for Cycle 4 Credentialing.

OTHER IMPORTANT ITEMS TO NOTE:

  • Renewed credentials are valid for three years.
  • Coaches must maintain USASF Career Membership for credentials to remain valid.
  • If a coach does not renew Career Membership by October 31 of a new membership term, credentials also expire and the coach must restart the credentialing process from the beginning.
  • Cycle 3 & 4 Credentialing include the online Rules & Glossary Test, 3 ASEP Courses (CardiacWise, ConcussionWise and HeatWise) and the PCA Double Goal Coach Course.
  • Instructions on how to complete these 3 requirements will be emailed to you after you register.

CAREER MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT:  Credentials are valid for 3 years.  Coaches must maintain career membership for their credentials to be valid.  If a coach allows their career membership to expire, and does not renew by October 31 of the new membership term, their credentials will also expire and they will be considered a NEW credentialing candidate and must start the process over from the beginning.  

Annual membership is $30 per year.  Coaches may opt to join for a 2-year term ($55) or a 3-year term ($75).  Annual membership begins on August 1 and ends on July 31 of the following year.  Coaches joining for multiple year terms will have an expiration date that matches their membership term accordingly.

NOTE:  Membership fees are not pro-rated.  Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

TEST SELECTION: Skill Sets & Levels

Renewal Tests are administered as follows:

SKILL SET:  Tumbling
You are eligible to Renew in Tumbling up to the highest level you credentialed and re-credentialed.  If you chose to stop at a lower level and now want to credential to a higher level, you ARE NOT eligible to renew.  You will need to credential to the next highest level.

SKILL SET: Building
In previous tests you may have been tested in Stunts and Tosses separately.  This category has been combined.  You are ONLY permitted to renew in the Buidling Skiils section if:

  1. You have credentials up to the same level in both Tosses and Stunts.

  2. You have credentialed and re-credentialed in both Tosses and Stunts.

If you credentialed and re-credentialed in Tosses or Stunts ONLY - you are not eligible to renew.  Contact your regional director for assistance.

If you chose to stop at a lower level and now want to credential to a higher level, you ARE NOT eligible to renew.  You will need to credential to the next highest level.

Cycle 4: $75

This does not include the ASEP testing fees. Credentialing Candidates will pay those fees when the complete those courses. The USASF and PCA testing fees have been included in this fee.
