2019-2021 Cheer Rules & Policy Change Form

This form may be submitted until June 31, 2018 to be considered for the 2019-2021 seasons.

You must have support for this change by three USASF members outside of your gym/organization. You will need to include their names as well as their email addresses below. If that information is left blank, or is incorrect, your submission will not be considered.

The person submitting the proposal will receive an email confirmation once the submission has been received.
