2017-2019 Cheer Rules & Policy Change Form

This form may be submitted until May 13, 2016 to be considered for the 2017-2019 seasons.

You must have support for this change by three USASF members outside of your gym/organization. You will need to include their names as well as their email addresses below. If that information is left blank, or is incorrect, your submission will not be considered.

The person submitting the proposal will receive an email confirmation once the submission has been received.
